Up to 500 MW/month of generation equipment on 8 month lead times against an industry standard of 24 to 36; transformers and breakers in 6 to 12. Equipment allocation is a scarce asset the platform already controls.

Vertically integrated compute

Direct partnerships with leading AI accelerator and networking innovators, and platform level compute economics engineered to lead in tokens per watt and tokens per dollar.

Operating excellence

Substation plus data center delivery in as little as ~9 months, 1.1 to 1.2 design PUE targets, and a disciplined community engagement model, built on covenants, that keeps projects welcome and on schedule.

A second pipeline, stacked on the first.

A 1,000 MW joint venture channel sits on top of the captive program: partners fund site acquisition, and often predevelopment. Fee streams and asset interests accrue to the platform with materially less capital intensity.
